An elite challenge through remote central Taiwan terrain
A 54km ultra-trail race with 2650m of climbing and 2850m of descent, starting by shuttle from Zhong Zheng village and finishing at YCC Forest Campsite. Rated ITRA-3 M with UTMB Index 50k points, this course is reserved for experienced Formosa Trail runners and is conditional on minimum enrollment. A new course in 2026 with cut times subject to adjustment.

Must meet custom qualifier requirements within the qualification window
Strict entry criteria: must have finished FT40 under 8h30m or FT75 under 16h30m within the past three years, OR have an ITRA score of 450+ with excellent GPS navigation skills. This event was not held in 2025 due to insufficient registrations.
