What Makes It Great

The Grampians Peaks Trail 100 Miler is a point-to-point non-stop ultra traversing the full 162km length of the Grampians Peaks Trail from Mt Zero in the north to Dunkeld in the south through Gariwerd/Grampians National Park. Running 99% singletrack along the mountain spine, the course climbs and descends 7,700 metres through sandstone slabs, technical rocky outcrops, cascading waterfalls, and sweeping ridgeline views. Eleven aid stations support runners across four major sections, with significant remote wilderness passages demanding careful navigation and self-sufficiency. The race begins with the iconic Taipan Wall climb and finishes in the heart of Dunkeld. Pacers are permitted from Borough Huts (72km) to the finish. Available as a solo entry or as a team of two (Pairs format). A World Trail Major, Hardrock 100 qualifier, UTMB World Series qualifier, and the 2026 Australian 100 Mile Championship.
