58km point-to-point from Sneem to Killarney on the Kerry Way
The Kerry Way Ultra Lite covers the final 58km of the Kerry Way route from Sneem to Killarney, starting Saturday morning at 9am. Runners are transported by coach from Killarney to Sneem before the start, then run the same final stretch as the Ultra and UltraNite competitors. The route passes through the scenic Templenoe and Kenmare areas before the final descent through Killarney National Park to the finish at Killarney Racecourse. With a 13-hour cutoff, it offers a genuine Kerry Way challenge for runners building toward longer distances. Self-sufficient: no food aid, emergency water at two crew stops.
