16 hills, 50 km of coulee singletrack on the toughest course in the Alberta prairies
One lap of the iconic 50.3 km Lost Soul Ultra course through the river valley coulees of Lethbridge, Alberta. Runners tackle 16 significant hills with 1,200 m of elevation gain across singletrack, shale paths, and gravel roads alongside the Oldman River. The mostly sun-exposed course through the dry coulee landscape is deceptively challenging despite its prairie setting, with top finishing times just over 4 hours.
