A gateway to trail running through India's coffee country
The Malnad Ultra 30KM is designed to introduce city runners to trail running through the lush coffee estates of Karnataka's Western Ghats. The single 30KM loop covers 951m of elevation change through remote plantation terrain, with a generous 6-hour cutoff suited to first-time trail runners and regular hikers transitioning from road running.

Meet one of: (1) previous Malnad Ultra participant, any edition and distance (finisher or starter); (2) Half-Marathon under 2:30 at an officially timed event in 2026; or (3) non-zero ITRA Performance Index. Submit proof as an online link by November 7, 2026.
