The PTR 34 offers 34km through preserved Atlantic Forest on the slopes of the Serra da Bocaina, with breathtaking views of the Bay of Paraty. Starting from the historic center, the course climbs via roads and trails to higher terrain with sea views, crossing rivers and navigating dense forest before returning to the city. A good choice for athletes stepping up in distance or seeking an ITRA-ranked course in a stunning tropical setting.
