Two groovy loops of Michigan singletrack on a Saturday morning
Two loops of the 16.6-mile single-track circuit with shortcuts bring the Freak 50K to approximately 50 kilometers. Starting at 6AM Saturday alongside the 50 Mile, runners loop through Michigan forest singletrack with aid stations every few miles. A 14-hour time limit gives back-of-pack runners plenty of time to groove through the course.
