A midnight start on the Norwegian coast, self-navigating to the sea
The 50-mile companion event to SMVE's flagship 100-miler, starting at midnight from Energihuset in Sande (Vestfold) and following the southern leg of the route to Verdens Ende on Tjøme island. Runners cover approximately 85 kilometers through the Vestfold coast and its hinterland, navigating independently with GPS or map over mostly soft ground — footpath, dirt road, and gravel. Three staffed service stations at Hengsrød and Teie provide food and drink before the finish. The midnight start creates an atmospheric nocturnal opening across the Norwegian countryside.
