A two-person team relay covering the full 47k course together
A team relay format covering the same 47k course as the individual event. The first runner covers approximately 22km through laurel and pine forests from Pinolere Ethnographic Park to the Chanajiga Recreational Area in Los Realejos, where the second runner takes over. The second leg covers 24.5km including the iconic Asomadero climb and coastal descent to Puerto de la Cruz. Teams combine to beat the same 11:30 time limit as individual finishers.
