TMBT 30km

The TMBT 30km starts alongside the longer categories at Kg. Lingkubang, following the course through paddy fields, river crossings, and plantations to the Lobong Lobong ridgeline. From there it takes its own route via Kiau Bersatu, a steep descent to the Kadamaian River, and a double ascent via the infamous Bukit Dallas to finish at the Pekan Nabalu viewpoint with sweeping views of Mount Kinabalu. A UTMB 50km series qualifier and the ideal entry point for runners new to the TMBT experience. Capped at 500 runners.
