Night-start 100K Western States qualifier through Portugal's karst heartland
A night-start 111.8 km loop from Condeixa a Nova climbing 4,290m through the Terras de Sicó karst terrain. Departing at 10pm, runners navigate the course largely in darkness before dawn, passing through Penela, Santiago da Guarda life base, Pousadas Vedras, and back to Condeixa within a 26-hour cutoff. Held as a UTMB 100K Index race and a Portuguese national trail championship event, finishing under 24 hours qualifies athletes for the Western States Endurance Run.

Indoor 'hard floor' athlete sleeping available at the Municipal Pavilion of Condeixa a Nova (Thursday–Friday for 111 Miles athletes; Friday–Saturday for 60km athletes; Saturday–Sunday for 111 Miles and 111km finishers). Showers available at Condeixa a Nova Sports Hall after races.
