A World Trail Majors flagship — 100km through the full range of Sapa's mountain terrain
A seriously challenging 100.9km with 5,500m of gain that covers every terrain type in the Sapa region. Starting in Sapa at 5 AM, the course climbs Ham Rong Mountain and traverses the Muong Hoa valley before ascending Mount Silverstone and descending into the remote Ban Moi valley. The iconic Cow Mountain ridgeline delivers sweeping views of Vietnam's highest peak before a technical descent into Ta Phin. Progressive checkpoint cutoffs, bamboo forests, riverside trails, steep village paths, and a final Silverstone climb demand experienced mountain legs. World Trail Majors flagship, ITRA 4-point qualifier, 100K UTMB Index, and Western States 2027 Qualifying Race.
