Sapa's best half-marathon views — rice terraces, mountain ridges, and a finish-line party
A highly rewarding 21.4km with 1,000m of gain that showcases Sapa's finest mountain running. The course climbs Ham Rong Mountain above Sapa town, crosses to sweeping views of the Muong Hoa valley and Mount Fansipan, then descends through ethnic Hmong villages past terraced rice fields where water buffalo roam. The infamous Mount Silverstone climb precedes a final runnable descent to the Topas Ecolodge finish party. ITRA National League and 20K UTMB Index race.
