South America's most iconic 100-mile ultra trail race
Patagonia Run's 100 Millas is one of South America's most prestigious ultra trail races, traversing wild mountain terrain surrounding San Martín de los Andes deep within Argentina's Lanín National Park. The 160-kilometer course gains over 9,200 meters through Andean forests, alongside glacial lakes, and over steep Patagonian ridges. A Friday afternoon start sends runners into the night and the following day before they emerge at the finish line on Sunday — only about half of starters complete the full distance within the 42-hour cutoff. The race qualifies finishers for both the Hardrock 100 and Western States 100 lotteries.

Must meet one of: (1) At least 12 ITRA Points accumulated in ≤3 races between 2024-2026, with at least one race ≥110km non-stop; (2) Finish 110k Patagonia Run 2024 or 2025 within the official cutoff time; (3) Finish 100Mi Patagonia Run 2024 or 2025; (4) Finish an equivalent race 2024-2026 (committee evaluation). Application/pre-registration required before official registration opens.
