5 Valleys Ultra

A 58km fully waymarked point-to-point from Waterhead (Ambleside) to Keswick, passing through five of the Lake District's signature valleys with 2,303m of climbing. The waymarked course makes this the most accessible of the ultra distances while still delivering a substantial Lakeland adventure. 3 ITRA points for finishers. The 19-hour cutoff is generous but the terrain demands respect.
