The full Main Beskid traverse: 150km overnight through the Lemko heartland
The Łemkowyna Trail 150 traverses the full length of Poland's Main Beskid Mountain Trail (Główny Szlak Beskidzki) from the spa resort of Krynica-Zdrój to Komańcza — 150 kilometers through the Low Beskids of southeastern Poland. Starting at 1 AM, runners navigate forested ridgelines, remote Lemko villages, and pass through the health resorts of Rymanów-Zdrój and Iwonicz-Zdrój before finishing in Komańcza. The 35-hour time limit, extensive mandatory gear requirements, and a 6 ITRA point qualifier make this a serious undertaking for experienced mountain runners. A drop bag is permitted at the Chyrowa aid station near the 80km mark.
