A 106-kilometer ultra-trail race departing Castelló de la Plana at midnight and following the full GR-33 pilgrimage route to Sant Joan de Penyagolosa. With 5,600 meters of elevation gain and a 25.5-hour cutoff, the Castelló-Penyagolosa (CSP) traverses 10 municipalities including Atzeneta del Maestrat, Benafigos, Culla, Villahermosa de Río, and Vistabella del Maestrat before the final climb to the mountain sanctuary. Runners navigate the full night and following day on remote mountain terrain. A UTMB 100K qualifier (5 ITRA points), a 2027 Western States Endurance Run qualifier, and one of Spain's most demanding ultra-trail races, with a field limited to 600 runners drawn by lottery.
