What Makes It Great

The 28K course shares the same Hartman Rocks terrain as the 50K but covers a shorter loop through the recreation area's singletrack and doubletrack trails. At nearly marathon distance on technical high-desert terrain above 7,700 feet, it offers a solid challenge with the same sage-covered landscape and mountain views.
