4 loops of Carolinian forest in Canada's oldest ultra venue
Four loops through the Dundas Valley Conservation Area total 80km (approximately 50 miles) with 2,080m of cumulative elevation gain on the mostly double-track forest trail. Runners have a 30-hour cutoff, crew access between each loop, and a bag drop at the start/finish area. An approachable but rewarding 50-miler in Canada's oldest ultra race venue.
