The Great Divide Ultra 50K offers two loops of Mueller State Park's rolling meadows and granite scenery, covering 31 miles and 4,200 feet of elevation gain entirely on smooth singletrack. This is an excellent introduction to ultramarathon running at altitude, with well-stocked aid stations every 4–6 miles and crew access at all stops. The race offers both Saturday (7:00 AM) and Sunday (7:00 AM) start options, making it easy to combine with the weekend festival atmosphere.
