Race up Emily's Spur and descend MTB trails at dusk above Bright
The festival opener kicks off at 6pm Friday — a short but brutal assault on Mystic summit via the infamous Emily's Spur climb (440m of vertical in barely a mile). After summiting and enjoying panoramic views of Mount Buffalo and Bright, runners descend technical MTB trails including Techno Prisoners and Mystic Downhill, finishing the course as daylight fades. Wave starts ensure a range of abilities can participate. ITRA registered.
