High-altitude shuttle start to a mountain marathon finish in Bright
A classic point-to-point mountain marathon from the Mount Buffalo Chalet to Bright, the Skymarathon is a study in contrasts — opening with a scenic loop on the alpine plateau before plunging 1,000m down the Big Walk to Eurobin Creek, grinding over Keatings Ridge through serene mountain forest, and tackling the punishing Dingo Ridge climb (757m over 6.3km) to Clearspot. The final technical descent of Middle Track delivers runners into the backstreets of Bright and the festival finish line. Athletes shuttle to the start from the Event Village at 5:20am. UTMB World Series qualifier.
