From the summit, runners are rewarded with a sweeping 360-degree panorama spanning the Dark Divide, Goat Rocks Wilderness, and Mount Rainier National Park. With over 4,300 feet of climbing in 14 miles and a generous 9-hour cutoff, this is an accessible entry point to mountain running with serious scenery.
