Grindelwald trail running made accessible on a 16km alpine circuit
Other trail races within 77 miles
The 16km Pleasure Trail is the accessible entry point to the Eiger Ultra series — a 4-hour mountain circuit above Grindelwald suitable for trail runners new to the series or the region. The course climbs toward the Wetterhorn to reach the high point at Wittegg (1600m), then winds through alternating forest, small gorges, and sweeping meadows via Bort, Nodhalten, and Holewang before a lively downhill back to the village. The marked E16 route is runnable year-round and still earns a UTMB Running Stone.
