The course takes in the most spectacular terrain of the Glockner Group in Osttirol, including the Berghotel Rudolfshütte (2,315m), the Kalser Tauern pass (2,515m), the Dorfertal valley, Kals am Grossglockner, and the Glorer Hütte at 2,642m — the highest supply station.
