What Makes It Great

The I Feel Slovenia 120K is the flagship distance of Julian Alps Trail Run by UTMB, sending runners on a 124-kilometre overnight traverse of Slovenia's most spectacular mountain terrain. Starting at 21:00 in the medieval town of Radovljica, the route winds past the iconic Lake Bled — complete with its fairy-tale island and castle — before climbing to the summit of Mt. Stol (2,236 m), the highest peak in the Karawanks Ridge. The course then descends through alpine meadows and dense forest to finish in the ski resort town of Kranjska Gora, passing through Triglav National Park along the way. With nearly 6,000 metres of climbing, a 32-hour cutoff, and a night start that guarantees hours of headlamp running, this Running Stones 4 event draws participants from over 80 countries seeking one of Central Europe's defining mountain ultra experiences.
