The Lake Bled 80K is a challenging mountain ultra starting at the shores of Slovenia's most famous lake, with views of its medieval island castle and glacially carved basin before ascending into the rugged terrain of the Julian Alps and Karawanks. The 80-kilometre route delivers nearly 4,000 metres of climbing through alpine forests and open ridgelines, finishing in Kranjska Gora after a full day of mountain running. A Running Stones 3 event in the UTMB World Series, this race rewards experienced trail runners with some of the most scenic mountain terrain in Central Europe.
