38.5km of Mt. Fuji mountain trails — the accessible gateway to Japan's premier trail running festival
Other trail races within 141 miles
A 38.5km course through the mountains north of Fujiyoshida, introduced in 2025 as a shorter entry point into the Mt. FUJI 100 festival. Named after the historic Asumi district of Fujiyoshida City, the route shortcuts through Takatsuji-san before rejoining the FUJI100mi/KAI70k course on the Shakushiyama descent and the Shimoyama–Tenjoyama finishing ridge. Starting and finishing at Fuji Hokuroku Park GX Stadium, the course balances accessible trail running with genuine mountain challenge, including a summit push above 1,500m. A World Trail Majors qualifying race with a 9.5-hour cutoff.
