What Makes It Great

The No Business 100 is a 102-mile single loop through the heart of the Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area in Tennessee and Kentucky, staged from Pickett CCC Memorial State Park. Runners navigate technical sandstone singletrack past towering rock arches, crumbling homesteads, working waterfalls, and the historic Blue Heron mining community. The course direction reverses each year, and a special buckle is awarded to runners who complete it in both directions. With 14,500 feet of gain spread across remote terrain, this autumn race is a genuine challenge disguised by beautiful scenery.
