Georgia's beginner-friendly WSER qualifier on a runnable 8-loop mountain bike course
Other trail races within 193 miles
The Bootlegger 100 is a beginner-friendly 100-miler set in the rolling hills of central Georgia's Indian Springs State Park. Eight laps of the 12.5-mile Dauset Trails mountain bike loop offer runnable, low-technical terrain with crew access at the start/finish after every lap. The course is designed to be approachable for first-time 100-mile runners—but the deceptively fast terrain and March warmth have a way of luring runners into going out too hard and unraveling after mile 40. The race holds Western States Endurance Run qualifying status, and the race organization sponsors WSER entries for 2026–2028 editions.
