The Legionar is a 32 km loop over the forested ridges above Ajdovščina, climbing to the Nanos plateau via Podrta gora and descending through the Mala Gora aid station before returning to Ajdovščina. With 1650m of climbing and no time limits (relaxed cutoffs for all abilities), it's the most accessible mountain distance in the UTVV lineup. The accordion party and chocolate crepes at the Mala Gora aid station have become legendary among regulars.
