Germany's first alpine 100-mile trail race, looping around the iconic Zugspitze massif from Garmisch-Partenkirchen. With over 8,200 meters of climbing through the Bavarian and Austrian Alps, the ZUT100 takes runners through a dramatic mix of high alpine passes, technical singletrack, and rugged mountain terrain across a 166-kilometer loop. A night start on Thursday at 8 PM means runners experience dawn over the Alps before a final push to the Garmisch finish. The second edition of what is already a flagship event in the UTMB World Series.

Runners must have successfully completed at least one ITRA-listed race of 100K or longer within a qualifying window prior to the event. UTMB Index holders receive 48-hour priority registration access.
