Qualifiers for Shinetsu Five Mountains Trail 100 Mile

Must have completed at least one trail race of 100km or longer within the past 3 years before the registration deadline. Stage races are excluded unless each day is 100km or longer. Informal and unverifiable races are not accepted. The race organizer makes the final determination on qualifying races.
