The Bradshaw Brute 100 is a 99.9-mile unsupported journey from Deep Canyon Ranch in Black Canyon City to Watson Lake Park in Prescott through the rugged Bradshaw Mountains. Following the Black Canyon National Recreation Trail and Prescott Circle Trail, the course piles up 20,838 feet of elevation gain — the most per mile of any Cocodona distance. No crew or pacer support is available anywhere on course, and entry requires prior completion of a 100-mile race within two years.

Dogs may not accompany their runner on any section of the course. Crews may have dogs at aid stations but the dog must be; 1-well behaved, 2-leashed at all times, 3-you must pick up after your dog. Dogs are not allowed out of crew vehicles at the Mingus Mountain Aid Station.
Camping is available for free overnight at the start line
Desert sections below 4,000 ft are extremely hot in May. The exposed 25-mile stretch after Cottonwood Creek must be approached with at least 4 liters of water — no crew support is available to bail you out.
Higher elevations near Crown King and Prescott can drop below freezing at night.
