A demanding 106-kilometer traverse from Cilaos, deep in Réunion's central volcanic highlands, to Saint-Denis on the north coast, with over 6,200 meters of climbing. Starting at 8 PM from the mountain village of Cilaos, the route ascends through cirque walls, traverses ridgelines, and plunges through dense forest before a long descent to the capital — a serious test requiring the same qualifying standard as the Diagonale des Fous.

Must have earned at least 75 ITRA points by completing a qualifying trail race
