One moonlit desert loop at sunset on Halloween — costumes strongly encouraged
Other trail races within 54 miles
The Jackass Night Trail sends costumed runners out at dusk on a single lap of the Javelina course — 19 miles of Sonoran Desert singletrack under a Halloween moon. The race starts at sunset, immediately plunging runners into the desert night, with the legendary Jackass Junction aid station roughly halfway through delivering the full Javelina party experience. No pacers, just one moonlit loop with some of ultrarunning's most festive aid station energy.
