The Lake Sonoma 50k delivers a concentrated taste of wine country singletrack, rolling from the Visitor Center through South Lake, Island View, Warm Springs Creek, Wulfow, Liberty Glen, and the Bummer aid stations before crossing the iconic Lake Sonoma bridge. New to the 2026 spring lineup, this 31-mile course packs 5,700 feet of cumulative gain across relentless rolling hills and shaded madrone groves, finishing with a fast descent to the festival finish line. Four full aid stations stock Skratch nutrition, with drop bag access at Warm Springs and crew support at Liberty Glen.
