A self-supported ring route around the mountains of Cortina
Other trail races within 196 miles
A circumnavigation of the mountains surrounding Cortina d'Ampezzo, the 50K traces what the race calls 'a perfect ring' through rocky Dolomite terrain. With 2,600 meters of gain and a 12-hour time limit, it's the most accessible ultra distance at Lavaredo while still requiring technical mountain running skills on Dolomite stone. No crew support is permitted at any aid station — athletes run in semi-autonomy.
