Other trail races within 61 miles
The Telluride Mountain Run 14 Mile is a demanding point-to-point course — new for 2026 — that splits time between the Telluride Ski Area and Bear Creek, climbing to twin highpoints above 12,700 feet on Gold Hill and Palmyra Peak. Starting at Oak Street Plaza, the route traverses jeep roads, forested singletrack, a high traverse on Palmyra Peak, and a summit of Gold Hill at 12,750 feet, before a long descent through Bear Creek Canyon to the finish in Telluride Town Park. The race packs 5,500 feet of vertical gain into the first half of the course and demands experience with technical, exposed mountain terrain.
