A forested loop on Big Sky Resort's lower and mid-mountain singletrack, following the 50K course in reverse through fir and whitebark pine forest before reaching a high point below the top of Andesite Mountain. Features a steep and wild descent down the Africa trail before reconnecting at the Big Sky Base Area. A great entry point to the Rut mountain running experience with 1,700 feet of climbing over 6.8 miles.
