The Tiger Claw Ambush is a three-person team relay based on the 50k course, introduced new for 2026. Teams start together at the Issaquah Community Center and run the green warmup route to the lower aid station, then divide — one runner per loop (Pink: 12.4 mi/3,500 ft; White: 10.5 mi/3,200 ft; Yellow: 13.5 mi/3,800 ft). Each team member climbs to West Tiger 2 and descends back via the blue route, then waits for all three members before running the red finish route together back to downtown Issaquah. Teams are timed from gun to last member crossing the finish. Crew access for one crew member at the lower aid station.
