The Centurion is UTVV's 100K-class race, starting at 23:30 Friday from Ajdovščina. The 111 km loop follows much of the Emperor route through the karst hills and Čaven plateau before a slightly shorter return. Runners climb the Nanos massif in darkness, run through dawn in the high forests, and finish back in Ajdovščina within 30 hours. Nine aid stations are spaced along the course, with one drop-bag transition at Otlica (62km) and GPS tracking for all starters. Strong international competition with 5 ITRA points and cash prizes for top finishers.

Ultra Trail Vipava Valley Centurion 110km is a loop trail race in Ajdovščina, Slovenia, held on April 24, 2027. The course covers 100 km, climbs 4,300 m, and has a 30h cutoff.

Camping Ajdovščina (Ulica Quiliano 8) is the official campground at the UTVV venue, with 50 sites for tents, caravans, and motorhomes — trail runners receive a 20% discount. Additional options: Camping park Lijak near Nova Gorica (60 pitches, hookups), and Camp Tura in Vipava (designed for ultratrail athletes with secure storage and shakeout access).
