A 42km alpine marathon from Lenk to Crans-Montana through the glaciated terrain of the Wildhorn massif. The route passes the spectacular Simmenfälle waterfalls and artisanal alpine pastures before ascending past Iffigensee (2,076m) and the Wildhorn hut (2,303m) at the foot of the glacier. The crossing of Schnidejoch Pass (2,756m) — an ancient mountain pass and archaeological site — offers views of three named glaciers before a descent through Lake Téné and Lake Tseuzier to the Bisse du Ro finish in Crans-Montana.
