5,500 ft of technical vertical on the North Shore's most infamous trails
Other trail races within 128 miles
A 35-kilometer loop through the North Shore mountains from Enquist Lodge at Mount Seymour Resort, delivering 5,500 feet of technical elevation gain and loss in a compact and punishing course. Runners climb from the resort, descend through old-growth forest remnants on notorious North Shore singletrack, then claw their way back to the finish. Despite the shorter distance, the technical character of trails like Seymour, Mushroom, and Old Buck makes this one of the most demanding 35km races in western Canada.
