8,250 ft of relentless vertical on North Vancouver's most technical mountain trails
Other trail races within 128 miles
A technically demanding 50-kilometer loop from Mount Seymour Resort through the rugged North Shore mountains above North Vancouver. Runners climb straight out of the resort, tag a lower summit, then plunge 1,200 meters down to the Seymour River valley through old-growth forest remnants and relentlessly technical singletrack — roots, rocks, and mountain bike woodwork from start to finish. The second half demands a full climb back up the opposite side. The course traces iconic North Shore trails: Baden Powell, Mystery Lake, Severed, Brockton Lookout, and Old Buck.
