Four loops of waterfalls, creek crossings, and gorge views with camping included
Other trail races within 172 miles
A loop-format spring race on the trails of ACE Adventure Resort and New River Gorge National Park, the Falling Water 100K sends runners through four 25K loops — each delivering around 2,400 feet of gain and loss. The laps wind past waterfalls, require a scenic rock-hop crossing of Arbuckle Creek, and climb for expansive gorge views before returning to the busy start/finish hub. Runners can access crew and their included campsite between loops; solo 100K runners are allowed a pacer for the final loop. A 50K solo option and 2-person or 4-person relay formats are also available. With a strong community atmosphere and artisan finisher awards, this is the most social race in the Rim to River Endurance lineup.
