Gran Trail Courmayeur GTC30

The GTC30 is a 30km loop through the beautiful Val Ferret at the foot of Mont Blanc, starting in the historic centre of Courmayeur. The course climbs to Rifugio Bertone, then follows the renowned Val Ferret balcony trail past Rifugio Bonatti and into the Malatrà Valley before tackling the final passes — Entre deux Sauts (2,524m) and Col Sapin (2,435m) — and descending through La Suche to the festival finish. Technical terrain with altitude variation and possible snowfields makes this a serious mountain trail race, while still being an excellent introduction to alpine ultra running.
