The Grindstone 100K covers 62 miles of some of the most challenging terrain on the 100-mile course, featuring 11,000 feet of elevation gain. Starting at dawn on Saturday from Natural Chimneys Park, runners conquer Wolf Ridge, traverse the Wild Oak Trail over Lookout and Hankey Mountains, climb the infamous Horse Trough Hollow, and loop back over Narrow Back Mountain before finishing at the limestone chimneys.
