Squamish 23K

Starting on the benches above Squamish at Capilano University, this point-to-point 23K descends through the same trails used by the 50K and 50M in their final stretch. Despite the short distance, it packs 1,000m of climbing and 1,200m of descent across technical terrain including Somewhere Over There and the final Mountain of Phlegm climb. The race explicitly warns this is not a suitable first trail race.
