What Makes It Great

A single-stage, non-stop crossing of the Pyrenees from Le Perthus on the Mediterranean side to Hendaye on the Atlantic, largely on the GR10. The race asks runners to be semi-self-sufficient: some food comes from checkpoints and life bases, and the rest is carried or bought in villages and huts over 18 days.
